Books by Walter Evans-Wentz,
Ra Un Nefer Amen and Morihei Ueshiba explore reviving innate super human
capabilities within us all. Their
writings are based or inspired by historical accounts. My understanding is that
Bruce Lee is not the only individual to display these magnified abilities and,
based on his short life, he may in fact have only scratched the surface power. What is different about him is that most
his feats have been documented visually for the world to see and to believe.
I did not know this but the
27th of November was Bruce Lee’s birthday. Not one to be zealous,
for long periods of time anyhow, other than some of the master’s movies I’ve also
seen a bit of his documentary ‘Bruce Lee: A Warrior’s Journey’ and that was awe-inspiring.
When I found out Bruce Lee
was buried up the hill from our digs in Seattle I went on Google and found many
sites giving exact directions to his grave. His son Brandon was buried along
side.
Ideally I would have preferred to have met Bruce Lee in real life. Because his life is so celebrated and after much contemplation I thought it was worth a visit to the cemetery.
