I attended a shoot where the theme was to have modern celebrities re-enacting retro Drum Magazine covers for a fashion spread. Some of the celebrities are Hlubi Mboya, Theo Kgosinkwe, Pearl Thusi, Dineo Ranaka, Tol & Mo and Claire Mawisa. I wasn’t there all day, I didn’t get to see all the celebs but I still got my thrills!

Cream Cartel is working on a project that will soon have them back on our small screen (*fingers crossed*). I hope that whatever they come up with is on the public broadcast service or free to air channel. Some of us can’t afford Top TV let alone DSTV.
