Diepsloot is a densely populated township situated north of Johannesburg and considered by many, myself included, a dangerous neck of the woods. Whilst I’m sure crime is rife in Diepsloot, effort is being made to eradicate this scurge and to bring vibrancy to the neighbourhood. I was a bit anxious when I received the invite to hang out at the lokshini yesterday, but walking into the set up at Boza’s Kishin all fear evaporated because it’s clean, well built establishment that sells great (inexpensive) food and drinks. If it wasn’t for work we would have hung out for longer.
Boza’s is such a popular and diverse chill spot that even our favourite celebz go there to let loose.
